CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Please notify by email at andrea@hushtanning.com or by text at 760-908-2343. Please do not call or leave a voicemail. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. The 48 hour notice period begins when your written request is received. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made the same day as your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation/rescheduling fee. No shows are subject to a 100% service charge. Please note that rescheduling an appointment is considered a cancellation of the original appointment and is therefore subject to the same cancellation/rescheduling policy. By booking an appointment and providing a credit card, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. You authorize Hush Sunless Tan to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee. No additional authorization or approval will be requested at the time the fee is charged. Cancellation and rescheduling fees are based on the amount of notice provided, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling. Please arrive on time to your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a partial tan being provided at the full service rate.
